It is for information of all concerned that the candidates with following Roll Nos. are hereby directed to submit requisite documents in support of their eligibility for the posts of Junior Officer (Supervisory-P&A) At S-O Level post code- 787 ( on contract basis) in the Manager (P&A) HP Power Corporation Ltd., Shimla, as per essential qualification(s) mentioned in the advertisement:-

The requisite documents must be submitted through e-mail ([email protected]) within 07 days positively from the date of issuance of this notice, i.e. up to 28 th June,2021, failing which their candidature will be rejected finally and no further representation(s) will be accepted against final rejection. Accordingly, all the above mentioned candidates are also being informed through e-mail(s) / SMSes on their respective e-mail ID(s)/ Mobile Nos., respectively provided by them. Attested or self attested copies of following documents are required to be submitted by the above mentioned candidates:- 

(i) A copy of online recruitment application form (ORA).

 (ii) Matriculation certificate or other equivalent certificate as proof of date of birth.

 (iii) Certificates related to Essential Qualification(s) which is/are as under: Graduate with one year full time Diploma in HR/ Personnel Management with 55% marks from recognized University. Employees of HPPCL who have acquired the above referred qualification with 55% marks through full time or part time or through correspondence/distance mode from a recognized institute/University shall also be eligible / considered. Relaxation in age and %age of marks as per rules of HPPCL. Knowledge of computer basics i.e. MS Word, Excel, E.mail etc.

 (iv) (Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribe/EWS/ latest Other Backward Classes certificates on the prescribed Performa. The S.C/S.T/OBC certificate should be based on parental basis.

 (v) Bonafide Himachali certificate. 

(vi) Candidates applying under EWS category will have to submit Income & Asset Certificate’ and those applying under BPL category will have to submit the valid BPL Certificate countersigned by 2 B.D.O alongwith ‘Non-SC/ST/OBC Certificate’ issued by the competent authority on the format prescribed by GoHP vide letter No. PER(AP)-C-B(12)-1/2019 dated 11th June,2019. 

(vii) Persons with disabilities of HP (Low vision) (having not less than 40% disability), will have to submit Disability Certificate thereof. 

(viii) Any other certificates of your academic qualifications etc. in support of your eligibility for the post(s) as required in the Commission’s Advertisement No. 36-1/2020 dated 02.03.2020.
