1.Steno Typist

No. Of Posts:- 01 Post(one post under clause (b) Deaf and hard of hearing
Age Limit:   The applicant should not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years as on the last date of receipt of application. Provide further that upper age limit is relax able for SC, ST & OBC to the extent permissible in accordance with the instruction issued by the H.P. Govt. from time to time.

The applicant must be a Bonafide resident of Himachal Pradesh.
Documents (Self Attested photocopies only) to be sent with the application form.:
  • Matric Certificate showing details of marks obtained.
  • 10+2/Diploma/Degree Certificate in respective discipline/post applied for. 
  •  SC/ST/OBC/EWS & Antodaya/BPL Certificate. 
  •  The entire relevant certificate (As applicable) issued by the competent authority as mentioned in part Evaluation Criteria above (photocopies should be attached). 
  •  One pass port size resent photograph of the candidate (duly signed by the applicant) pasted on prescribed box in the application form. 

Terms & Condition:

  •  The candidate must apply on prescribed form. 
  • The candidate must fulfill all the required essential educational and other qualifications on the last date fix for the receipt of application form 
  • The applicant shall write his/her name as per the matriculation certificate in the relevant column of the application 
  •  Incomplete application forms, not signed, without photo, column not filled in and application received after due date shall be rejected straightaway without assigning any reason. No change shall be allowed after last date of receipt of application form i.e. SC/OBC/ST/EWS etc. vice versa. 
  •  The validity of EWS/IRDP/BPL certificate is of six months from the date of its issuance, the candidate required to furnish the valid certificate in support of his/her claim.
  •  The candidate belonging to OBC category are required to produce OBC certificate, which should not more two years old at the time of last date fixed for last date of application, along with latest affidavit duly attested by the authority authorized under the Indian Oath Act stating that his/her status as OBC has not changed and that they are not excluded from the category of OBC on account of being covered under creamy layer. Such certificate should be based on the lineage of parent family. The validity of certificate is required to be seen at the time of scrutinizing. 
  •  Candidate who fulfills the conditions to the satisfaction of the Special Recruitment committee shall be required to appear for Skill test/evaluation process as the case may be as required against above posts at their own cost. 
  •  The candidate must ensure their eligibility in respect of category, experience age and essential qualification(s) etc. as mentioned in the advertisement to avoid rejection at any later stage. 
  •  The appointment of the candidate shall be temporary and the candidate shall remain in the service with the Corporation initially for a period of one year and on successful completion of one year as a trainee and thereafter he/she shall remain appointed for next period of 1 (one) year on contract basis. The contract, until/unless extended further shall ipso- stand terminated on the last working day of completion of the two) 2 year period. The appointment is liable to be terminated in case the performance/ conduct of the Contract Appointee is not found satisfactory 
  •  The candidate so appointed shall be governed for regularization as per the policy of GOHP issued from time to time; however he/she will have no right to claim regularization 
  •  The candidate so appointed prior to his/her joining will have to submit a medical certificate of his/her fitness from an Authorized Govt. Medical officer/ Chief Medical Officer concerned 
  •  The candidate so appointed will submit attested copies of certificates/testimonials of his/her qualification, experience, and category etc. to the office at the time of joining and if any of the certificates/testimonials or information is suppressed by the candidate and come to notice at later stage, the services as such shall be terminated and HPPCL may also take any other action against the appointee as deemed fit. 
  •  The HPPCL reserves the right to withdraw the advertisement/notice at any point of time.

How To Apply:

 The desirous candidates can submit their application on the address given below either personally or through registered/speed post on or before 31.03.2022 (till 5PM). For the candidates residing in District Lahaul & Spiti, District Kinnaur, Pangi and Bharmour Sub Division of District Chumba and Dodra Kwar Sub Division of District Shimla of Himachal Pradesh, the last date of receipt of application is 16.04.2022 (till 5PM).
