Terms & Conditions

Working Hours:- Normal office working hours as prescribed in office manual. However, as per exigency one has to sit late to complete the time bound work. Attendance would be made through Biometric Attendance System.  Leave:-Hired retired employee shall be eligible for casual leave at the rate of 1 day for each completed month of service. Accumulation of leave beyond a calendar year will not be allowed. No remuneration for the period of absence in excess of the admissible leave will be paid. Termination:- The engagement would be purely on temporary basis and can be terminated by the Board at any time without assigning any reason thereof by giving one month notice. However, in case a appointee wishes to resign, he / she will have to give one month advance notice or remuneration in lieu thereof before resigning from the engagement.

‣ Post Name:- clerk,data entry operator & Jr. Accountant ‣ Number of Posts:- 12 Post Wise Vacancy Distribution 1.Data Entry Operator:- 05 Posts ☑ Educational Qualification –  (i) 10+2 from a recognized Board/ Institution/ University, established by law by the State/ Central Govt. (ii) Should possess a minimum speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi Typing and 30 words per minute in English Typing. (iii) Should have basic knowledge of Computer Operation with One Year Diploma in Computer application/Training. 2.Clerk:- 03 Posts ☑ Educational Qualification – (i) Should have passed 10+2 Examination from a recognized Board of School Education/University. (ii) Should possess a minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English typewriting or 25 words per minute in Hindi type writing on Computer.  (iii) Should have the knowledge of 'word Processing' in Computer as prescribed by the Recruiting Authority. 3.Jr. Accountant:- 04 Posts ☑ Educational Qualification – (i) Bachelor Degree in Commerce from a recognized University/ Institution. (ii) hould have basic knowledge of Computer operation with at least one year Computer Training Certificate in tally system from a recognized/reputed institution.
