The Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, North West Region, invites applications for recruitment of meritorious sportspersons in different games/sports as mentioned below.
- Income Tax Inspector:- 03 Posts
Education Qualification:-Bachelor's Degree from a Recognized University or equivalent
- Tax Assistant:- 07 Posts
Education Qualification:-(i) Bachelor's Degree from a Recognized University or equivalent &
(ii) Data Entry Speed of 8000 key depressions per hour.
- Multi Tasking Staff
Education Qualification:-Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized University/Board

Commissioner of Income Tax (Hq)(Admn), O/o the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, NWR, Aayakar Bhawan, Sector-17E, Chandigarh-160017 The duly filled application forms as per Annexure-II should be sent to in a closed cover super scribed with the words “Application for Recruitment in Sports Quota for the Post of Inspector/Tax Assistant/Multi-Tasking Staff” only through Registered/Speed Post on or before 17.03.2023 (31.03.2023 for candidates domiciled in North Eastern States, Andaman Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir).
