Chandigah CTU Driver Recruitment 2023 –Online applications are invited from male eligible candidates for filling up of 46 number of Vacant Posts of Heavy Bus Drivers through the direct recruitment.   • Read the Instructions properly before filling the online application. 
  •  The application is available online and challan for fee deposit shall be generated once the application form is filled successfully. Candidate should check regularly the website for any further information regarding dates of driving/written test etc. 
  • The candidate should deposit the fee in any branch of Punjab National bank. The system will automatically validate the application form once the due fee is deposited against that application form.
  • One candidate may submit multiple application forms duly filled in all respect. However the application form against which fee as prescribed is paid , shall be accepted only. Incomplete application in any manner will be rejected straightway without assigning any reason.
  • All the candidates who have a completed application forms with requisite fee shall be called for written test. However this does not mean that he is eligible for appointment. His eligibility shall be subject to the verification of the documents at the time of counseling.
  • The documents pertaining to HTV driving licence, Matriculation Pass & castes certificate etc. will be verified at the time of final selection. In case any document found false/fake/incomplete, his candidature shall stand cancelled and action will be taken against him as per law applicable. 
  • In case of any dispute the decision of the Director Transport, Union Territory, Chandigarh will be the final and for any kind of legal complication, the jurisdiction will be at Chandigarh. 
  • The candidate should come for counseling along with printout of application form and original fee receipt.

☑ Educational Qualification –
(1) Matric pass;
 (2) Should hold a valid licence to drive heavy transport vehicle; and
 (3) At least five years experience to drive heavy transport vehicles and has not been convicted for any offence indicating that he is not capable of performing efficiently the duties of the post. The ex-servicemen candidates who possess Army Matriculation certificates shall also be eligible.
