Filling up of vacant posts of Drivers on secondment basis in H.P. Secretariat

I am directed to inform you that presently five posts of Driver are lying vacant in the General Administration Department, H.P. Secretariat, Shimla and twelve post of Drivers are going to fall vacant till the December, 2023 due to retirement. The Government has decided to fill up the 17 posts of Driver on secondment basis. You are, therefore, requested to sponsor the name of drivers desirous of coming on secondment basis in the GAD alongwith complete ACR dossiers of the concerned drivers so as to reach this office by 1st April, 2023. It may be noted that:-

 (i) Application received direct from the individuals/Drivers will not be entertained. 

(ii) A Incomplete ACR dossiers will not be accepted.

(iii) The applicant should possess the essential qualifications (10th Pass) as prescribed in R&P Rules. 

(iv)The applicant should have rendered atleast 10 years of regular service as the secretariat requires experienced drives. 

(v)The applicant should have 10 years of remaining service to be rendered.
