IGMC Shimla Senior Residents/ Tutor (Specialists) Document Verification Schedule 2023

 NOTICE REGARDING PHYSICAL APPEARANCE/ COUNSELLING FOR VERIFICATION OF THE DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED BY THE ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION/SELECTION AGAINST THE POSTS OF SENIOR RESIDENTS/TUTOR (SPECIALISTS) IN IGMC, SHIMLA It is for the information of all concerned that the physical appearance/ counseling for verification of documents of the eligible candidates for admission/selection against the posts of Senior Residents/ Tutor (Specialists) in various departments of IGMC, Shimla has been fixed on 6.3.2023 staring from 11.00 AM in the Committee Hall, IGMC, Shimla. All the concerned applicants/eligible candidates except for Biochemistry Department are hereby informed to be present for the physical verification of the documents on the scheduled date, time and venue alongwith all the original documents /testimonials and also bring photocopy of each certificate duly self attested in proper sequence. In case any of the candidates are not in a position to be present in person due to the reasons beyond his/her control, he/she can authorize someone to attend the Counselling on behalf of the candidate subject to production of the proper authority letter as per specimen Annexure-'A'. It may be noted that all the candidates excluding the Biochemistry Department should report and mark their attendance on the day of counseling i.e. 6.3.2023 before 10:30 AM in the attendance register beyond which they will be marked absent. The candidates are advised to stay in touch with above website of IGMC, Shimla and keep their Mobile & emails active for further notification/information or changes, if any. Note:- 1. It is reiterated that the candidatures received in this office before the last date i.e. upto 5.2.2023 is subject to fulfilment of eligibility after the merit-cum-selection list to be drawn/finalized after the verification of documents by the counselling committee. 2. The counselling /physical verification of documents in respect of Department of Biochemistry is kept in abeyance on administrative grounds and candidates are advised to keep in touch with the official website of the Institute for further notice. 3. All the candidates excluding the Biochemistry Department should report and mark their attendance on the day of counselling i.e. 6.3.2023 before 10:30 AM in the attendance register beyond which they will be marked absent and will not be allowed to appear in the counselling process.
