The candidates who are interested to apply for the above post should download application form available on website of IIT Mandi (www.iitmandi.ac.in) and submit the duly filled form along with complete CV (having personal details, academic qualifications, research experience, publications, name, affiliation and mobile number, email address of two referees, information regarding educational qualifications indicating percentage of marks/division, details of work experience, etc. as single .pdf attachment by e-mail with advertisement No. on the subject line to the PI Dr. G. Shrikanth Reddy at email id: [email protected] IIT Mandi reserves the right to fix higher criteria for shortlisting of eligible candidates from those satisfying advertised qualifications and requirement of the project post. The name of the shortlisted candidates will be either displayed on website or communicated individually along with the online interview details. Relaxation of marks may be granted to the SC/ST Candidates as per GoI norms. In case of selection of a retired/superannuated government employee, his/her salary  will be fixed as per prevailing GoI rules/ norms. ‣ Post Name:- SRF & JRF ‣ Number of Posts:- - ☑ Education Qualification –For SRF: -B.Tech/BE or equivalent with 7 CGPA or 70 % in anyone of the following area -Electronics and communication, -Electronics and Telecommunication -Electronics and Electrical Engineering (6 CGPA and 65% for ST/SC/PWD candidate) -GATE qualification in EC, with valid score card. -2 years post B.Tech experience of research or industries. For JRF: -B.Tech/BE or equivalent with 7 CGPA or 70 % in anyone of the following area  -Electronics and communication, -Electronics and Telecommunication -Electronics and Electrical Engineering (6 CGPA and 65% for ST/SC/PWD candidate) -GATE qualification in EC, with valid score card. -Age limits: For JRF or SRF position: Not Beyond 30 Years as on last date of application. Note: Desirables qualifications: -Understanding of Electromagnetic theory -Understanding of Basic Electronics Circuit -An M.Tech/ME Degree in EC or RF and Microwaves or related area. -Hands-on in one of the software’s like CST Microwave studio, HFSS, FEKO -Knowledge of RF and Microwave component measurements -Motivated for doing PhD in the related area ☑ Selection Process – Selection will be based on "Written Exam (Objective Type) and Document Verification".
