Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu is presenting the first budget of his tenure today.

• 53, 413 crore budget presented 

In the budget speech, Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu announced to increase MLA's constituency development fund from Rs 2 crore to Rs 2.10 crore. On this, the MLAs of the opposition asked to give the previous instalment. Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu presented a budget of Rs 53, 413 crore.

• All districts will be connected by heliport

 Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu sought the cooperation of the opposition to release Rs 1000 crore for the Mandi airport. The CM said that the Central Ministry is hesitating to release the money. The recommendations of the Fifteenth Finance Commission are not being implemented. All the districts will be connected by heliport. Announcement to make emergency department in all medical colleges. Robot surgery will start in all the medical colleges of Himachal this year. 100 crores will be spent on this. Ideal health institute will be developed as a center in every district.

• Single window system over 

Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said that the single window system will end. Bureau of Investment Promotion will be opened. Will bring new industrial policy. Unemployed youth will be given e-vehicle permits on 500 routes. A bus port will be built in Hamirpur on which Rs 10 crore will be spent.

• MGNREGA wage increased by Rs 28

 Announcement of 80 percent subsidy for construction of pond for fish farming. Announcement of MNREGA daily wage from existing Rs.212 to Rs.240. Announcement of MNREGA daily wage in tribal areas from existing Rs.266 to Rs.294. 9 lakh MNREGA workers will get benefit from this. The state government will bear the additional expenditure of 100 crores due to this.

• Chief Minister Employment Resolution Service will start 

Chief Minister Employment Resolution Service will be started. Various embassies will be contacted to provide employment to the youth abroad. Overseas Himachalis will also be contacted and employment will be made available to the youth in foreign countries. Labor and Employment Department will play an important role in this.

• Green hydrogen policy will be made

In Himachal Pradesh, two panchayats of each sub-division will become green panchayats. Green hydrogen policy will be brought in the state. Kangra airstrip will be expanded from existing 1372 meters to 3010 meters. Old age homes will be developed for senior citizens. A zoo will be constructed in Vankhandi of Kangra district with 300 crores. Land has been selected for this.

• Honorarium of para workers increased 

Now Rs 9500 per month to Anganwadi worker, Rs 6600 to Mini Anganwadi worker, Rs 5200 to Anganwadi Sahayika, Rs 5200 to Asha worker, Rs 4000 to Mid Day Mill workers, Rs 4400 to Water Career Education Department, Rs 4400 to Jalshakti Department Multipurpose worker and para The fitter pump operator will be given an honorarium of Rs 6000 per month. Announcement of increasing the wages of daily wage earners by Rs 25 to Rs 375. Outsourced will get a minimum of Rs 11250. Panchayat Chowkidars will be given an honorarium of Rs 7000 and revenue lambardar Rs 3700 per month. Announcement of increment of Rs 500 to SMC teachers, Rs 2000 to IT teacher and Rs 500 to SPO per month. MLA discretionary fund increased from Rs 12 lakh to Rs 13 lakh. Announcement to fill 25 thousand posts.

• E-bus depots to be built in Nadaun and Shimla

 Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu started the budget speech by saluting Lord Krishna. The mic went off during the budget speech. The opposition said that this system is a change. CM Sukhu surrounded the former BJP government on debt. Said that today every Himachali has a debt of Rs 92,833. Change is needed with the times. E-bus depots will be made in Nadaun and Shimla. • Government will give 25 thousand subsidy 

Announcement of abolition of age limit for widow pension. Disabled people will also be given benefits. Announcement of giving social security pension to 40 thousand new beneficiaries. In the first phase, 2 lakh 31 women will get Rs 1500 per month. Widow and single woman housing scheme will start. Under this, an amount of one and a half lakh will be given to 7 thousand women for housing. Electricity and water will also be given free of cost. 25 thousand subsidy will be given for electric scooty to 20 thousand meritorious girl students.

• Him Ganga scheme will start 

Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said in the budget speech that drug and drug-free campaign will be launched in Himachal. Stringent law will be brought against drug peddlers. Him Ganga Yojana will be started for farmers and cattle herders. 500 crore announced for this scheme. New milk processing plants will be set up and existing plants will be upgraded.

• Honorarium of Panchayat representatives increased 

Chairman Zilla Parishad will get an honorarium of Rs 20 thousand per month. The Vice-Chairman of the Zilla Parishad will get an honorarium of Rs 15,000 per month. Rs.6500 per month to Member Zila Parishad, Rs.9500 per month to President BDC, Rs.7000 per month to Vice President BDC, Rs.6000 per month to Member BDC, Rs.6000 per month to Panchayat Pradhan, Rs.4000 per month to Deputy Pradhan and Member Gram Panchayat will be provided Rs 500 per meeting. A budget of Rs 1916 crore is proposed for Rural Development Panchayati Raj Department.

• Municipal Corporation Mayor's honorarium increased by five thousand

 Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu also announced to increase the honorarium of the representatives of the municipal bodies. The honorarium of Municipal Corporation Mayor was increased from Rs.5000 to Rs.20000 per month. Municipal Corporation Deputy Mayor Rs 15000 per month, Municipal Councilor Rs 7000 per month, President Municipal Council Rs 8500 per month, Vice President Municipal Council Rs 7000 per month, Councilor Municipal Council Rs 3500 per month, Pradhan Nagar Panchayat Rs 7000 per month, Uppradhan Nagar Panchayat Rs 5500 per month, Member Nangar Panchayat Rs 3500 per month honorarium will be given.
