Notice Regarding clarification on publishing of news in newspaper to the post of AP(CC) in Music (Vocal)

Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission taking strict cognizance of the news published in some daily Hindi newspapers dated March 11, 2023 titled 'Candidate remained absent at the examination centre but declared passed', held a special meeting of Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission on 14.03.2023 in which a thorough and detailed examination of the documents of the Assistant Professor (College Cadre) in Music (Vocal) Subject Examination was carried out and it was found that the allegations which were published against the Public Service Commission in some Hindi newspapers were wrong, false and baseless / fact less. The fact about the candidate about whom a newspaper had accused the Commission for having declared the candidate passed despite being absent in the examination centre, were confirmed by the Commission from the relevant documents of the candidate and found that the allegation was baseless and false and no such case was found. Therefore, the Public Service Commission condemns the reporting of such incidents without proper investigation. As far as wrong answers in the answer key are concerned, procedure has been followed in this regard by the Commission as per its rules (Rule of Business)
