Notice Regarding conduct of Under Graduate (Annual System) practical Examinations for the session April -May 2023:-HPU Shimla

It is to inform you that the Under-Graduate Practical examinations in respect of BA, B.Sc. and B.Com (1st, 2nd & 3rd Year) for the session April- May 2023 is scheduled to be held w.e.f. 06-03-2023 onwards. You are therefore, requested to prepare groups as per your convenience. You may also adjust the practical according to availability of the laboratory facilities and staff to avoid any inconvenience to the students. Further, you are requested to engage the examiner(s) at your own level under intimation to this office. The awards of practical examination (s) may be uploaded by the College/Institutions immediately after the termination of the practical’s. However, it may kindly be ensured that the examiner(s) must hand over the awards in duly sealed cover to you along with the strength of students appeared in the practical examinations for further submitting the same to the Assistant Registrar (Evaluation) H.P. University, Shimla-171005. Principals are also advised to upload the Internal Assessment (IA) well in time before the Commencement of theory exams to avoid any inconvenience to declare the results of the students. Further, as per HPU Ordinances only those students are allowed to get Roll number who is passed in CCA/IA.
