Notice Regarding Special Reappear Examinations 2023:-HPNLU Shimla

All the students who filled the Re-appear Examination forms with reference to notification No. HPNLU-B (15)-92(R.O)/2021-759 dated 09.12.2022 and the students of 2nd semester who have been permitted by the Hon’ble High Court as per Annexure to appear in the special examination are informed that their Re-appear/Special Examination will be started from 23rd March, 2023. Further, as per decision of the Executive Council taken in its meeting he ld on dated 24.02.2023, Mr. Shiva Vishnoi student of 10th Semester, 2017-22 batch is also informed to appear in the End Term Examination in course Competition Law (SPB5-1003) of B.A. LL. B in the examination commencing from 23rd March, 2023 with the condition that he will fill up the Re-appear examination form and deposit requisite examination fee Rs. 1000/- before commencement of the examination. The date sheet of the examination will be issued in due course.
