National Research & Technology Consortium (NRTC) has been retained as service provider by different departments for providing manpower on outsource basis. The applications are invited for following posts

 A) 

1. SMS (Livelihood, Rural Financing & Marketing): One Post with monthly emoluments of Rs 35,000/- + EPF as per norms per month under JICA Assisted project for Improvement of Himachal Pradesh Forest Ecosystems Management & Livelihoods at PMU Shimla, 

Essential Qualification- Post Graduate in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Management, Natural Resource Management or related areas from recognized institution; Experience around 3 years or more in similar work profile;

 2. SMS (Forestry & Biodiversity): One Post with monthly emoluments of Rs 35,000/- + EPF as per norms per month under JICA Assisted project for Improvement of Himachal Pradesh Forest Ecosystems Management & Livelihoods at PMU Shimla, 

Essential Qualification- Post Graduate in Forestry, Forest Management, Wildlife/ Biodiversity Management, Natural Resource Management or related areas from recognized institutions; Experience of around 3 years or more in similar work profile; 

B) Age: upper age limit will be 45 years as on 03.04.23

 C) The engagement would be purely on outsource basis initially for a period of one year and may further be extended subject to performance assessment /review of the candidate. The selected candidates would be required to give an affidavit stating that he/she shall have no claim for absorption in the NRTC, Parwanoo or claim a regular pay scale of the NRTC.

 D) Selection for appointment to the post will be made on the basis of academic record, experience and interview etc. 

E) General Conditions: The Selection Committee reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for the interview, if considered necessary, on the basis of qualification and experience as prescribed in the advertisement by way of screening of applications. Those candidates, who do not fulfill the qualification on the closing/last date for submission of applications, shall not be eligible. The date of interview shall be intimated separately to all eligible candidates. 

F) Method of Applying: Application for the post applied by indicating Post Name along with recent passport size photograph and complete set of attested copies of certificates/testimonials in respect of qualification, age and experience etc. should be attached with the application and addressed to the Director, NRTC on the above mentioned address. The applications received after the last date will not be entertained.
