1. Commerce Graduation from recognized university 

2. Atleast 2 Years experience of handling research projects Administrative and Accounts Essential Knowledge and skills 1. Proficient in Microsoft office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) 2. Skilled in drafting letters, writing reports. 

3. Can maintain stock register, and equipments 

4. Knows about Govt. Purchase procedures and can do procurements and purchases

 5. Can maintain accounts books and use software for accounts maintenance 

6. Can raise requisitions for disbursement of money from PGI research Grant Cell and is well versed with PGI accounts procedures followed in the Research grant cell 

7. Can get the audit done, prepare UCs and SOEs
