Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya National Institute for Persons with Physical Disabilities (Divyangjan), an autonomous Institute under the Administrative and Financial control of Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India, stands committed to foster education in the field of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Prosthetics & Orthotics backed by a quality conscious work culture devoted to serve the talented student community and the society. The main objective of the Institute is to develop manpower to serve the persons with locomotor impairments of all age groups. The Institute has established the Cross Disability Early Intervention Centre at its campus. This centre would focus on the development, screening and therapeutic intervention of the problems identified during the screening. It provides a contiguous and composite complex to cater the therapeutic needs of the children. Walk in interaction is scheduled on 30.03.2022 (Wednesday) for the following contractual engagement on purely short term basis which may be further extended on satisfactory performance and / or on requirement basis. The candidate should report at Room No. 119, Establishment Section, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Institute for Persons with Physical Disabilities (Divyangjan), 4, Vishnu Digamber Marg, New Delhi- 110002 before 30 minutes of interaction time for walk in interaction process with original documents. The details are as under:
1. Clinical Psychologist (Consultant) :-01
Essential Qualification:- M. Phil in Clinical Psychology OR Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology OR Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology AND RCI registration as professional.
2. Nurse (Consultant) :-01
Essential Qualification:- Diploma in Nursing OR B.Sc. in Nursing AND Registered with Delhi Nursing Council
3. Caregiver (Consultant) :-01
RCI / National Trust certified caregiver OR 03 (Three) years experience in caregiving
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1. Indian Nationals may attend the walk in interaction.
2. Candidates must reach on/before time given in the table. Interaction will not be held of late comers.
3. The application should neatly typed on A4 size plain paper as per the prescribed format. All the columns of the application form should be filled up and no column should be left blank.
4. Incomplete application form in any respect and not in prescribed format will summarily be rejected.
5. Candidates must ensure before coming for interaction that they are eligible according to criteria stipulated in the employment notification. If the candidate is found ineligible at any stage of recruitment process he/she will be disqualified and his/her candidature shall stand cancelled. Hiding of information or submitting false information will lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage of recruitment.
6. The decision of the Competent Authority in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of applications etc. will be final and binding on the candidates and no enquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this connection. The Institute reserves the right to reject any or all applications without giving any reason whatsoever.
7. Result will be displayed on Institute website (www.iphnewdelhi.in). Candidates are advised to check the website regularly regarding details of interaction.
8. The Institute reserves the right for any amendment, cancellation and changes to this notification as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving any notice.
9. Candidates are advised to bring all the relevant original marksheets, certificates in support of their academic/ technical/ professional qualifications and experience available at their records.
10. Canvassing and/ or bringing influence in any form will disqualify the candidature.
11. The engagement will purely be contractual in nature and does not confer any right for regularization or permanent absorption. The appointee will not be entitled to any allowances, financial benefits or concession as admissible to government employees. Statutory deduction will be made according to rules.
12. Experience may be relaxed by the Competent Authority for otherwise eligible and suitable candidates.
13. Selected candidate will be posted at Cross Disability Early Intervention Centre, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Institute for Persons with Physical Disabilities (Divyangjan), 4, Vishnu Digamber Marg, New Delhi. In case of requirement, candidates may be transferred in PDUNIPPD or its subordinate offices.
14. No TA/DA will be reimbursed to the applicant for attending interaction or Joining.
15. The Institute may terminate the contract to which these terms apply, if :- a) The appointee is unable to address the assigned work. b) Quality of the assigned work is not to the satisfaction of the Controlling Officer/ Competent Authority of the PDUNIPPD (D). c) The appointee is found lacking in honesty and integrity. d) The Competent Authority of the Institute may also terminate the contract at any time without giving any notice and also without assigning any reason.
16. Any dispute with regard to the selection / recruitment process will be subject to Courts/Tribunals having jurisdiction over Delhi.
