Army-Air Force's big war exercise in East Ladakh amid border dispute:-The Indian Army and the Air Force conducted joint exercises to sharpen their operational preparedness amid the ongoing border dispute with China in East Lakh. During this, the Air Force landed aircraft full of soldiers and equipment on the advance landing ground. Army tanks, combat vehicles etc. also participated in the war exercise in eastern Ladakh. In East Lakh, the Army and the Air Force are constantly preparing to give a befitting reply to any kind of mischief of the enemy by organizing such exercises. The situation in eastern Ladakh is tense. In such a situation, with strict vigilance, the process of talks with China is also going on. Indian army is getting stronger continuously to refuse the challenges in eastern lac. The Ministry of Defense is continuously working towards strengthening the Indian Army in Ladakh. Many new tanks, modern weapons, communication, surveillance equipment, drones etc. are being included in the army fleet in the region. Modern landing craft assault boats have been provided to the Indian Army for patrolling in Pangong Lake in eastern Ladakh.
These fast patrolling boats are equipped with a variety of weapons and equipment to thwart enemy designs. With their help, soldiers can keep a close watch on the activities happening in the China area of the lake. To assess its firepower, war exercises are being conducted continuously. There are continuous visits of senior military officers in Lakh. The Army Commander of the Northern Command has visited East Lakh several times this year to encourage the soldiers.
