Applications are invited from the interested candidates for “WALK-ININTERVIEW” on 17th April, 2023 at 11.00 am in the Department of Biotechnology HPU Shimla for two positions of Junior Research Fellows for a period of two years (Co-terminus with project) in the Department of Biotechnology and Department of Chemistry HP University Shimla for the project "Design and Development of Pine Needle Biochar infused Microbial Consortia based Hybrid Bio-Tubes for Effective treatment of polluted water” funded by NMHS-PMU, G.B. Pant National Institute of Himalayan Environment (GBPNIHE), Koshi-Katramal, Almora Uttarakhand, India (MoEF&CC) Govt. of India, New Delhi.

HPU Shimla Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Vacancy Details & Recruitment 2023 1.Post Name:- Junior Research Fellow (JRF) ‣ Number of Posts:- 01 ☑ Educational Qualification – The minimum qualification for filling up the post of JRFs will be as per the norms of MoEF&CC New Delhi. The JRF must have passed his/her Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) with at least 55% (50% for SC/ST) marks in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Chemistry and must qualified any national level exam conducted by UGC/CSIR/MHRD/ICMR/ICAR/DRDO etc. The JRFs will be paid an emolument of Rs.31,000+9% HRA /- p.m. (Rs. Thirty One thousand only+9% HRA). O
