IIT Varanasi Senior Research Fellow (SRF) Vacancy Details & Recruitment 2023 1.Post Name:- Senior Research Fellow (SRF) ‣ Number of Posts:- 01 ☑ Educational Qualification – (i)M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics Engineering with minimum of 55% marks and GATE qualified. (ii) Experience in the area of RF and Microwave Engineering and related field is desirable/ preferable.
