Indian Air Force contingent to leave for France today to participate in multilateral military exercise:- A contingent of the Indian Air Force will leave for France tomorrow Friday to participate in the military exercise Orion to be held at Mont de Marsan. The multilateral military exercise Orion is being conducted at Mont de Marsan, the center of the French Air and Space (FASF). The Indian Air Force contingent comprises four Rafale, two C-17, two LL-78 aircraft and 165 air force personnel. The exercise will be conducted from April 17 to May 5. This will be the first overseas exercise of the recently inducted Rafale fighter jet of the Indian Air Force. Air forces from Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain and the United States of America will not only participate in this multilateral military exercise. 

Indian soldiers will get special benefits in terms of experience by participating in this multilateral exercise. During the exercise, they will be exposed to the best fighting strategies of the world. The Indian Army will get benefit from this.
