National Forensic Sciences' first campus outside the country opens in Uganda

National Forensic Sciences' first campus outside the country opens in Uganda:-The campus of the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) was established in Jinja, Uganda on Wednesday. This is the first time that a campus of NFSU has been opened abroad. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar described it as a milestone in bilateral relations between the two countries. At the opening ceremony, Jaishankar said that we have gathered here to celebrate a major achievement of bilateral relations between the two countries. India's National Forensic Sciences University is setting up its campus here in partnership with the Ugandan Defense Forces. Jaishankar said that by opening the campus here, he is realizing the personal vision project of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The External Affairs Minister said that NFSU is an institution of national importance.

It is the first university in the world exclusively dedicated to forensic science. This university offers courses in forensic science, practice. Promotes research in science, cyber security, digital forensics etc.
