Appointment Order jbt (wexm) :- DDEE Sirmaur>>Consequent upon selection in the counseling for Ward of Ex Servicemen conducted by the Department in the O/o Dy. Director of Elementary Education during February, 2021, amongst TET qualified candidates from HPSSSB Hamirpur or H.P. Board of School Education, Dharamshala, Distt. Kangra, on batchwise basis, with prior approval of the Government & directions from Director of Elementary Education, H.P. Shimla-1 vide office letter No.EDN-H(Ele)(IV)B(6)1-1/2 21-JBT(Apptt.) dated 21.09.2022, EDN-H(Ele)(IV)B(6)1-1/2021-22(Apptt.) dated 11.10.2022 and EDN-H(Ele)(IV)B(6)1-1/2021-22(Aptt.) dated 03.01.2023 and further approval of the Director of Elementary Education, H.P., Shimla-1 vide no. EDN-H(Ele-IV)(B)(6)1-1/2021-22-(Apptt)-L dated 12.05.2023, the following selected candidates are hereby offered appointment as Junior Basic Teacher(JBT) purely on contract basis on fixed salary of Rs.17820/-(i.e. equal to 60%-Sixty Percent of the first cell of the applicable level of the pay Matrix of the corresponding cadre of employees appointed/working on regular basis) as per Govt. office memorandum No. Fin(C)B(7)-2/2021 dated 12.01.2022. The appointee are directed to report for duty in the respective block of his/her posting against clear cut vacancy as shown against their name(s) with in 15 days of the issuance of this communication subject to the acceptance and fulfillment of the following specific terms and conditions in addition to the usual terms and conditions of appointment annexed as annexure "A". Since the appointment is being offered purely on contract basis, the candidate will have to execute a bond on judicial paper with the Block Elementary Education Officer of concerned school where he/she is posted that he/she has carefully gone through the conditions of the contract appointment and the conditions imposed are acceptable to him/her. The joining report will be accepted only after the execution of the requisite bond between the Head of the institution and the candidate. The contract will be initially for one year and the candidate shall have to enter into fresh contract agreement with the Head of the institution after completion of one year. The contract shall be extendable on year to year basis subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidate. It will be the personal responsibility of the candidate/individual to inform this office on the proforma enclosed duly countersigned by the concerned Block Elementary Education Officer of the block that he/she has joined the place of his/her appointment on or before scheduled period failing which this offer shall stand withdrawn without any notice. That the age, educational and professional qualification possessed by the candidate are as per latest R&P Rules of JBTS notified on 22.09.2017. Block Elementary Education Officer will ensure that the educational and professional qualification possessed by the candidate are as per latest R&P Rules and is from recognized University/Institution. Necessary verification to this effect is to be made by the Head of the concerned school at the time of joining of the candidate. Duly attested copies of certificates awarded to the candidate by the recognized University/Board be kept in the office for record. If the candidate has been offered posting in non-sub cadre area temporarily, he/she shall have to serve in the Sub Cadre Area as and when required/ordered by the department. The Block Elementary Education Officers before accepting the joining of the candidate will ensure that character certificate, BPL certificate, Ward of Ex-servicemen dependent certificate & Affidavit certificate is issued from competent authority and category certificate i.e. SC/ST/OBC(Parental Certificate) issued by the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh. These certificates must be obtained from the candidate and kept in office record/Personal file and send the same to the block where he/she may be transferred in future. If the order of contractual appointment is acceptable to the candidates, he/she shall submit joining to the concerned Block Elementary Education Officer under intimation to this office within 15day. If the joining is not made within prescribed period, it will be deemed that the candidate is notwilling to join and offer shall stand withdrawn automatically without any notice.
