BMO Office Shahpur(Kangra) Asha Worker Recruitment 2023:-It is for the information of public in general that the following additional ASHA sanctioned under NRHM in concerned Gram Panchayat are to be fill up by the Health and Family Welfare Department, Distt Kangra for which applications from eligible candidates are invited. All interested applicants are requested to submit/deposit their applications along-with other supporting documents either by post or by hand to the Block Medical Officer, Shahpur, on or before 30.05.2023 at 05.00 p.m. Thereafter no applications/representation will be entertained. Personal interview will be held in the Office of the Block Medical Officer, Shahpur on 02.06.2023 at 11.00a.m under the Chairmanship of Block Medical Officer, Shahpur:-

Criteria for Selection.

ASHA must be a woman resident of the ward for which she is being selected.
The age of ASH candidate shall be between 25 and 45 years.
"Married/Widow/Divorced/Separated". She should be preferably ASHA should have effective communication skill with language fluency of the area/population she is expected to cover.
She should have good leadership qualities and be able to reach out to the community.
She should be a literate woman with formal education of at least 8th class for Rural and at least 10th class for urban area (NUHM & Non NUHM).
She should have family and social support to enable her to find the time to carry out her tasks.
