Desirable: Candidates with experience in bulk-scale organic synthesis, bulk-scale optimization, common organic chemistry characterization techniques, developing product formulation, catalyst development (both homogeneous and heterogeneous), catalysis for bulk scale reaction, and writing of manuscript/Patent
